Ryan Withouski - Owner / CEO
Tech Air was founded in 2012 by San Diego native, Ryan Withouski. Ryan started learning the trade when he was just 15 years old spending his summers and weekends as an apprentice. Upon graduating from High School he began working full-time for a major HVAC company. After nearly a decade, countless projects and numerous certifications, Ryan finally decided to start his own company. Tech Air was born.
Ryan has now been working in HVAC for the past 16 years throughout his hometown of San Diego. What started out as a one man show has quickly turned into one of San Diego's premier Heating and Air-Conditioning companies. Tech Air now consists of 10 full-time employees including some of the top service and installation technicians in SD county.
**Although we have had significant growth over the last year specifically, we have only highlighted our core employees who have been here for years. Stay tuned to meet the rest of our Tech Air Family.

Jackie - Office Manager
If you call the office for any reason, you'll most likely be talking to Jackie. Jackie has been our office manager from the beginning and helps run the show behind the scenes. Jackie handles all of our scheduling and is a badass who basically keeps this company on track.
Experience: 5 Years
Hobbies: Cooking, yoga, spending time with good people.

Daniel - Lead Service Technician
Daniel is one of the original employees and has helped grow Tech Air from the beginning. He runs our Service Department and is an extremely talented technician. If you request a residential service you will most likely be seeing Daniel, who has fixed thousand of household HVAC units throughout San Diego. His friendly nature and calm demeanor are two big reasons why our customers continue to come back to us.

He is now runs the Installation Department and is responsible for hundreds of large scale commercial installs. He's quick, funny, hardworking and always gets the job done right.

Hobbies: Dirt biking, camping, his family.
